Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting to be seen.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may limit the amount of time available for your treatment. Depending on the appointment and provider's availability, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the $50 cancellation fee may apply.

No-Shows

A no-show is considered an appointment missed without notice.

No-shows are subject to a $50 fee and may require a card on file or prepayment to schedule future appointments.

Cancellations by Vibrance

Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to provider availability, illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible and assist you in finding a new appointment time.

Membership Appointments

Membership appointments are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are subject to the $50 cancellation fee. Membership services are not automatically extended or replaced due to missed appointments.

Card on File

A valid payment method may be required to be kept securely on file to reserve your appointment. By providing a card on file, you authorize Vibrance Med Spa to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
